This document must be reviewed by a lawyer before publication. Items in brackets must be completed.
1. Purpose
These terms (the "Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the QRTada affiliate program, run by [TO COMPLETE: first and last name], EI, a French sole trader, [TO COMPLETE: address], France, SIRET [TO COMPLETE: SIRET] ("QRTada", "we"). They bind QRTada and anyone accepted into the program (the "Affiliate", "you"). You act independently: these Affiliate Terms create no employment, agency, partnership or joint venture.
2. Application and approval
You apply online. We review every application manually and may decline it without giving reasons, in particular if your website or audience does not fit the product. You must be an adult, provide accurate information and handle any tax and social obligations related to the commissions you receive.
3. Tools
Once approved, you get a dashboard (clicks, trials, conversions, pending, approved and paid commissions), customizable links in the form qrtada.com/...?via={code}, a media kit (logos, banners, copy in English and French) and, where applicable, a dedicated promo code. You may use the QRTada brand only to promote the Service and in line with the media kit.
4. Tracking and attribution
- A sale is credited to you when the customer signs up within 60 days of their last click on your link (last-click attribution).
- Tracking relies on a server-side record of the followed link and, if the visitor accepts it, a 60-day first-party cookie (see the cookie policy). Otherwise, attribution can come from use of your promo code.
- Each customer account can only be attributed once. In case of doubt, our records prevail unless proven otherwise.
5. Commissions

- Commissions are calculated on the amount actually collected, excluding taxes, net of refunds, credits and payment disputes. If a promo code reduces the price, the commission applies to the price actually paid.
- Optional customer discount: if you have one, your promo code gives 20% off the first month or 10% off the first year.
- A commission stays pending for 30 days after the payment is collected, to cover the 14-day legal withdrawal period for consumers. It is then approved, or voided if the payment was refunded or disputed.
- A commission already paid on a payment later refunded or disputed is deducted from future commissions.
6. Payouts
Approved commissions are paid monthly, by SEPA transfer or PayPal, once your balance reaches $50 or 50 € depending on currency. Below that, the balance rolls over to the next month. You must provide accurate payout details and, if you act as a business, a compliant invoice or accept the self-billing we offer. Transfer fees charged by your own provider are your responsibility.
7. Prohibited practices
The following are prohibited and lead to cancellation of the related commissions and removal from the program:
- self-referral, including through a relative, another account or another entity you control;
- bidding on the "QRTada" brand and its variations in search engines and ad networks, and using domain names or social accounts containing the brand;
- fake reviews, spam (unsolicited emails, messages or comments), misleading advertising, false promises (for example calling the Service "free" without mentioning the subscription);
- cashback and coupon sites not approved by us in writing;
- cookie stuffing, hidden redirects, pop-ups or any technique that credits a sale without a real action by the visitor;
- any communication that harms QRTada's reputation or breaks the law.
You must follow advertising and endorsement rules, including the US FTC Endorsement Guides and EU and French rules on commercial influence: every promotional content must clearly disclose the commercial relationship (for example "affiliate link" or "sponsored by QRTada").
8. Fraud
If there are signs of fraud (same card, IP address or device for you and the customer, abnormal refund rate, artificial traffic), we may freeze commissions during the review, then void them if fraud is established. You are informed and can provide your explanations.
9. Personal data
Each party is responsible for its own processing. You receive no personal data about customers; your dashboard shows aggregated data. Your data is processed according to the privacy policy.
10. Term, changes and termination
These Affiliate Terms apply from approval, for an indefinite period. Either party may end participation at any time by email with 15 days' notice; we may end it without notice in case of breach. Approved, non-fraudulent commissions at the end date are paid, even below the payout threshold, within 60 days; no further commissions are due afterwards.
We may change these Affiliate Terms, including rates, with 30 days' notice by email. Changes do not affect commissions already earned.
11. Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the commissions owed. We do not guarantee any sales volume. You will hold QRTada harmless from any claim related to your own content and promotional practices.
12. Governing law
These Affiliate Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of [TO COMPLETE: city of competent court], France, subject to mandatory rules protecting non-professional affiliates.
