Withdraw from the contract
If you subscribed as a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason.
What happens
- Your subscription is canceled right away.
- You're refunded what you paid, minus the share of the service already used (French Consumer Code, article L221-25).
- You get a time-stamped acknowledgment by email.
- Codes created during your subscription keep working, with no edits.
Who can withdraw
Consumers. Subscriptions taken out for a business don't carry a right of withdrawal.
