Reporting illegal content
QRTada hosts pages created by its users (menus, link pages, business cards, files). Anyone can report a QR code or content they believe is illegal or breaches the acceptable use policy, using the "Report this QR code" link or by email to bonjour@qrtada.com. Please include the address of the QR code or page, the nature of the content and, where possible, why you believe it is illegal. The handling process is described in the acceptable use policy.
Consumer mediation
If you have not been able to resolve your dispute after sending us a written complaint (letter or email), dated, setting out the circumstances that gave rise to the dispute and what you are claiming, you may refer the matter to the consumer mediator - designated below - if you have received a negative written reply from us or if you have not received a reply two months after sending your complaint.
