Manage or cancel your subscription
On the Billing page, "Manage my subscription" opens the secure customer portal: payment method, invoices, billing address. "Cancel my subscription" goes straight to the cancellation screen.

Cancelling
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for: you keep access until then. There are no prorated refunds, apart from the legal withdrawal right for EU consumers.
Your codes after cancelling
Every code created or edited during a paid period keeps redirecting to its last destination, for life. Hosted pages stay online in read-only mode. You can no longer edit codes or view analytics, which keep being aggregated for 12 months. Details on the lifetime guarantee.
Coming back
You can resubscribe anytime from the Billing page: your codes become editable again within your plan's quota.
