When a link page beats a single link
A QR code can only lead to one address. As soon as you have two or three things to offer, say booking, the menu and reviews, you either print several codes side by side or use one page that gathers them. The link page is the second option: one code on your sign, and visitors choose. It also frees space on small pieces like cards, where a single code is all that fits.
